The Law and Policy Committee will hold a committee meeting on May 7, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. The committee will meet to discuss and determine recommendations to make to the full Commission and the public can both listen and participate in the committee proceedings. 3. Statement of Economic Interests and Citizens’ Oversight Committees. Staff: Dave Bainbridge, General Counsel. Informational presentation on the process and standard for determining when an official is required to file statements of economic interests, specifically with regard to members of Citizens’ Oversight Committees.

4. Legislative Update. Staff: Lindsey Nakano, Senior Legislative Counsel, will update the Committee on the progress of PRA related legislation and future legislation approved by the Commission.

5. Discussion of items for the June 2024 Committee meeting. Committee members and staff will discuss proposed agenda items for the June 2024 committee meeting.
