18363. Administering Oaths and Affirmations

The Executive Director, or any member of the Commission staff to whom the Executive Director has delegated authority pursuant to 2 Cal. Code Regs. Section 18319, shall have the authority to administer oaths and affirmations on behalf of the Commission pursuant to Government Code Section 83118.
