  <strong><s>18416. Annual Loan Reports</s></strong></p>
<p> <s>The reports required by Government Code Sections 84216(e) and 84216.5(d) 
  shall be filed with the semiannual statement for the period ending December 
  31. In the event that a semiannual statement is not filed for this period, the 
  reports shall be filed with the next semiannual statement which is filed. In 
  the event a candidate terminates his or her status as a candidate, or a committee 
  terminates its status as a committee, prior to December 31 of a calendar year, 
  the reports shall be filed with the last statement filed by the candidate or 
  committee for that calendar year. </s><br>
