Public Comment

To make a comment regarding a recent or future commission action, please contact the Commission Assistant at 1102 Q Street, Suite 3000, Sacramento, CA, 95814, Tel. (916) 322-5745 or by email at CommAsst@fppc.ca.gov. Written comments on agenda items should be submitted to the Commission no later than 12:00 p.m. the day before the meeting in order to afford the Commissioners adequate time to fully consider the comments. The fax number for comment letters is (916) 322-0886.The agenda and related documents are posted on the FPPC website at www.fppc.ca.gov.

To make a comment during a commission meeting, you can do so by telphone by dialing (669) 444-9171; meeting ID 9856036268 or by using the Commission's public participation portal found at http://mediasite.fppc.ca.gov/.

FPPC Guidelines for Public Participation

Materials submitted by the public regarding each agenda item will be made available at the meeting and on the website.

Dial the phone number listed on the agenda for public comment.

This will drop you into an online meeting room. You will be moved into a breakout room where you will be connected with an FPPC operator. Please listen for the prompt [*6] to unmute. Once unmuted, please give your name and the item number that you would like to speak on.

After you give the operator your name and the item number(s) that you would like to speak on, you will receive a queue number for the agenda item that you wish to speak on.

You will then be moved into the online meeting room where you will be muted.

Please listen to the meeting to anticipate when to make your public comment.

When it is your turn to speak, you will be prompted to unmute. Please follow the directions to unmute [*6], and then you may make your public comment.

Your time is limited to three minutes. You will receive a 30 second warning to the end of your time.

After you have made your public comment, you will be muted.

You may then continue to listen from the online meeting room or you may hang up.

If you are queued to speak on a subsequent agenda item, please stay on the line and listen to the meeting to anticipate when to make your subsequent public comment.

You will be prompted with instructions again [*6] when it is your turn to speak.

Persons who, due to a disability, need assistance in order to participate should contact the Commission Assistant at (916) 322-5745 (voice),  (916) 322-0886 (facsimile) or in writing. TTY/TDD and Speech-to-Speech users may dial 7-1-1 for the California Relay Service to submit comments on an agenda item or to request special accommodations for persons with disabilities. Please allow a reasonable period of time between the request and the meeting date.
