Enforcement Review

At its February 2018 meeting, the Commission agreed to conduct a holistic review of the Enforcement Division's practices and procedures. One of the stated purposes of the process is to ultimately create a procedures manual that provides an overview of how an enforcement complaint is filed, opened, investigated and resolved. Here you will find relevant information regarding the current enforcement process, past reviews of the process, and the status of the new review project. The information will be updated regularly.
