Respondent, Tracey Pomerance-Poirier, formed Respondent Election Digest and directed its activity. Respondents violated the Political Reform Act by failing to print the required wording of the “Notice to Voters” in a color or print which contrasts with the background so as to be easily legible, on slate mailers sent in connection with the November 6,2012, election, in violation of Government Code Section 84305.5 subdivision (a)(2) (1count).
