Consumer Advocates for Safe Food and Water, Sponsored by Food & Water Watch was a state general purpose committee. Jesse Mainardi was the Committee’s treasurer. The Committee and Mainardi failed to timely report subvendor information for payments made by the Committee, in violation of Government Code Sections 84211, subdivision (k) and 84303.
