Local 18 Water & Power Defense League (IBEW) is a state general purpose committee sponsored by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 18. Brian D’Acry was the Committee’s treasurer at the time these violations occurred. The Committee and D’Arcy failed to timely file two 24-Hour Reports, in violation of Government Code Section 84203 (1 count).
