Committee to Elect Ryan Childers IID Director Division 2 2020 was Childers candidate-controlled committee. Alysa Pacrem was the Committee’s treasurer at the time of the violation. The Committee, Childers, and Pacrem failed to timely file a semiannual campaign statement, in violation of Government Code Section 84200 (1 count).
